Branding, your plan, and who else can administer.
Company details#
Your name and web address as employees see them. Your address is the last part of your portal link, longpass.co/c/your-company, so employees land on a page that clearly belongs to their employer.
Branding#
Upload your logo and it appears on your sign in page, in the portal, and in every email your team receives. It is the single change that makes the plan feel like yours rather than a third party tool.

The screen shows your current plan, what you are using against your limits, and how to change. A locked feature always says which plan includes it.
Other administrators#
Add another admin when more than one person needs to approve claims and payouts. Admins can do everything you can, including giving out units, so add them deliberately.
Your own profile#
Your name, password and language sit here too. Language is yours alone and does not change what your team sees.
