Who sees what
Longpass has three portals. The one you land on depends on your role.
Everybody signs in through the same page. Longpass then sends you to the right place automatically. You cannot see another company's information, and an employee cannot see anyone else's numbers.
The three portals#

| Longpass team | Longpass staff only | Set up new companies, record financial results, publish unit values, manage plans, leads and website content. |
What an employee cannot do#
- See another employee's units, value or pay.
- Change how many units they hold, or approve their own goal claim.
- Cash out whenever they like. Requests are only possible while a window is open.
What a company admin cannot do#
- Set the unit value. That is calculated from financial results and published by Longpass.
- See any other company on the platform.
- Move money. Longpass never holds or transfers funds. Approved payouts are paid through your own payroll.
Tip. One person can be both an employee and a company admin. If that is you, you will see the admin portal, and your own units still appear inside it.
