Team access and system

Adding a colleague#

Invite them by email and they set their own password. Console access means access to every company on the platform, including their financial results. Grant it deliberately and remove it the day somebody leaves.

• Invite with a work email address, never a personal one.
• Remove access on somebody's last day, not the week after.
• Review the list every few months and remove anyone who no longer needs it.

The audit trail#

Consequential actions are recorded with who did them and when, including publishing a valuation, changing a plan, and creating a company. Each company's own audit sits on its Audit tab.

System#

A health check of the services the platform depends on: the database, email delivery, image hosting and billing. Green means reachable and configured. Check it first when something is behaving oddly, before digging anywhere else.
